All payments made to URLnexa are considered final and non-refundable once the payment has been successfully completed.
By purchasing a paid plan, subscription, service, upgrade, or other paid feature through URLnexa, you acknowledge and agree that the amount charged is final and that you will not be entitled to a refund, reimbursement, or credit after the payment has been processed, except where required by applicable law.
We encourage all users to carefully review the selected plan, pricing, billing period, included features, and any other relevant information before submitting payment.
It is the user's responsibility to make sure that the selected service or plan meets their needs before completing the transaction.
URLnexa does not provide full or partial refunds for unused subscription periods, unused account features, unused link allowances, early cancellation, changes of mind, or failure to use the purchased service.
Choosing not to use the service after payment has been completed does not create an entitlement to a refund or account credit.
If your URLnexa plan includes recurring billing, you may cancel future renewals in accordance with the cancellation options available through your account. Cancellation prevents applicable future renewal charges but does not refund payments that have already been completed.
Access to paid features may remain available until the end of the applicable paid billing period, depending on the terms of the plan.
Payments are not refundable if an account is suspended, restricted, or terminated because of a violation of URLnexa's Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, anti-abuse rules, security requirements, or other applicable policies.
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction or that a payment was processed incorrectly, please contact URLnexa support so that the transaction can be reviewed.
A billing error or duplicate transaction is different from a refund request and may be corrected when our review confirms that an incorrect charge occurred.
Users are encouraged to contact URLnexa support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that any legitimate billing issue can be investigated.
Fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified chargebacks may result in account restriction or termination, subject to applicable law and the rules of the relevant payment provider.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection or other mandatory laws. Where applicable law requires URLnexa to provide a refund, cancellation right, or other remedy, URLnexa will comply with those legal requirements.
