URLnexa allows users to create shortened links that redirect visitors to third-party websites, pages, files, applications, or other online destinations.
You are solely responsible for the destination URLs you submit, the content associated with those destinations, and the manner in which you distribute or promote your shortened links.
URLnexa does not create, control, or endorse third-party content simply because that content is accessible through a shortened URL created using our service.
You may not use URLnexa for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, using URLnexa to distribute, promote, conceal, or redirect users to:
URLnexa may investigate suspicious links and may disable, restrict, or remove links that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or create a security, legal, operational, or reputational risk.
To protect users and the integrity of the platform, URLnexa may use automated systems, third-party security tools, reputation services, threat intelligence, or manual review to analyze shortened links and related activity.
We may block or disable links without prior notice where we reasonably believe immediate action is necessary to prevent phishing, malware, fraud, spam, abuse, illegal activity, or other harm.
You must not attempt to overload, disrupt, damage, probe, scan, reverse engineer, circumvent, or interfere with URLnexa or its infrastructure.
You may not use automated systems in a manner that creates unreasonable load, bypasses rate limits, avoids restrictions, or interferes with the normal operation of the platform.
We may apply reasonable usage limits, rate limits, technical restrictions, or anti-abuse controls to protect service stability and security.
URLnexa may offer paid plans, subscriptions, upgrades, or additional features. Pricing, billing periods, and included features are displayed before purchase.
By purchasing a paid service, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the charges associated with your selected plan.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, duties, or governmental charges that may apply based on your location or transaction.
All completed payments for URLnexa services are considered final and non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

If a plan is billed on a recurring basis, it may renew automatically according to the billing terms shown at the time of purchase.
Where cancellation functionality is available, you may cancel future renewals before the next billing date. Cancellation does not normally result in a refund for amounts already paid.
You retain any rights you may have in the content, trademarks, domains, or destination URLs you lawfully submit to URLnexa.
By using the service, you grant URLnexa the limited rights necessary to process, store, display, redirect, analyze, and technically handle your links and related data for the purpose of operating, securing, maintaining, and improving the service.
The URLnexa name, branding, software, website design, user interface, platform functionality, graphics, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Webdesk LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of URLnexa, its technology, trademarks, branding, or proprietary materials.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, license, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit URLnexa proprietary materials except where expressly permitted by law or authorized in writing.
Where URLnexa allows users to create custom aliases, branded URLs, custom slugs, or similar identifiers, such identifiers must not infringe the rights of others, impersonate third parties, or create a misleading association.
URLnexa may remove or reassign aliases that violate these Terms, infringe rights, create confusion, or interfere with platform operation.
URLnexa may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, hosting services, analytics providers, email providers, security vendors, or other technology providers.
URLnexa shortened links may also redirect users to websites or applications operated entirely by third parties.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, legality, privacy practices, or content of third-party websites or services.
We aim to keep URLnexa available, reliable, and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, infrastructure failures, security incidents, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
URLnexa may modify, improve, replace, discontinue, or restrict features when reasonably necessary for technical, business, legal, or security reasons.
URLnexa may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account or disable associated links if we reasonably believe that the user has violated these Terms, created security or legal risks, abused the platform, engaged in fraudulent activity, or caused harm to URLnexa or others.
Serious violations may result in immediate action without prior notice.
Where appropriate, URLnexa may preserve relevant records relating to fraud, security incidents, abuse, payment disputes, or legal obligations after an account has been suspended or terminated.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, URLnexa is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Webdesk LLC does not make warranties that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every particular purpose.
We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific shortened link, custom alias, third-party destination, feature, integration, or analytics result.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Webdesk LLC, URLnexa, and their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.
This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, reputation, traffic, or other intangible losses resulting from service interruptions, disabled links, third-party websites, account restrictions, security incidents, or your use or inability to use URLnexa.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of URLnexa, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or content and destination URLs that you submit or distribute through the service.
Your use of URLnexa is also subject to the URLnexa Privacy Policy, which describes how information may be collected, used, stored, and protected.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to the service, our business practices, legal requirements, security needs, or platform functionality.
Updated Terms may be published on URLnexa with a revised effective or updated date. Your continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of those changes where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Webdesk LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws or other applicable laws require otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive consumers of legal protections that cannot lawfully be waived in their jurisdiction.
